Refund policy

While our normal return policy would be to accept the return of a product within 30-days of purchase, due to COVID-19 we kindly decline the return of any product until further notice.

In the future, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can act accordingly.

We will update our return policy with instructions on how to properly submit a return if applicable once we are in the clear, thank you for understanding.

Processing Times
Our current processing times for orders is 1-3 business days. This is on top of the 5-10 business days outlined at checkout.

Shipping fees
All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping in Canada and USA. Local pickup available.

Shipping Times
All Canadian and International orders are shipped with Canada Post - unless otherwise selected. Please allow 2-10 business days for item to arrive, as shipping times vary.

International orders can take 7-15 business days to arrive this will depend on customs and other processing that take place when shipping an item internationally.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. East 29th is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local Pickup
If you are in the Vancouver area, local pickup is available. In-store pickup is available Monday to Friday 10-4pm PST. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States. For US orders please note, duties and taxes may be applicable based on your order and is up to you to pay.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@east29th.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Stolen Packages/Lost in Transit/Damaged Packages
In the event of a lost or stolen package you must file a claim with Canada Post. Please email hello@east29th.com with your order details. If your package arrives damaged, please send photos to hello@east29th.com with your order details.
